How do I transfer a prescription medication from another pharmacy?
The easiest way is to call our phone number 780-571-2121 and speak to someone about transferring from another pharmacy. Another way is to create a profile from the form on our website and once that’s done then you can go to the Transfer Prescriptions page and enter your information and the pharmacy information. You can add a comment to tell us which prescriptions you’ll be needing or just tell us to place them on your file for when you need them.
