Hormone Replacement Therapy

As we age, our bodies naturally produce fewer hormones, leading to various symptoms that affect quality of life. Key Hormones HRT Addresses

  • Estrogen: Supports reproductive health, brain function, bone density, and skin elasticity.
  • Progesterone: Balances mood, sleep, and energy; often the first to decline.
  • Testosterone: Boosts energy, motivation, muscle strength, and libido.
  • DHEA: Improves stress response, motivation, and memory.
  • Cortisol: Released in response to stress; imbalances are linked to chronic disease.
  • Insulin: Essential for metabolic health, impacting diabetes, heart disease, dementia, and cancer.
